Dear Parents,
October is a calmer month as the children settle into the program and feel more comfortable each day. The calendar will outline this month’s lessons and activities. Our topics this month include the Fall season, Columbus Day, Fire Prevention Week, colors, five senses and of course Halloween. This month also includes science and language activities. The toddler program also includes Community Helper Week. As always, crafts, stories, songs and games are a daily part of our program. Please take the time to stop, look, listen and question your child about the special crafts and projects that he/she makes. Your participation in this way is an especially important part of the whole learning experience. Read more below. >
