Dear Parents,
October is a calmer month now that the children have settled into the program and have become comfortable being here. This will just keep getting better and better. The calendar will outline this month’s lessons and activities. Our topics this month include the Fall season, Columbus Day, Fire Prevention Week, shapes and colors, five senses and of course Halloween. This month also includes some science and language activities. As always, crafts, stories, songs and games are a daily part of our program. Please take the time to stop, look, listen and question your child about the special crafts and projects that he/she makes. Your participation in this way is an especially important part of the whole learning experience. Read more below. >
